- Facilitated a consultative process to review school facilities and school grade configurations in part of Fraser-Cascade School District 78 and presented facilities planning recommendations to the Board;
- Developed a long-range strategic facilities plan for Chilliwack School District 33 including rationalization of existing and planned school accommodation and capital planning;
- Updated the Eligible School Sites and School Site Acquisition Charge future site needs justification and costing data resulting in an increase in the amount collected for new site acquisition by Chilliwack School District 33;
- Provided Kwantlen Polytechnic University with a draft Capital Plan and supporting documentation for the 2005/06 submission to the Ministry of Advanced Education;
- Updated long-range enrolment projections and the Eligible School Sites Proposal for Mission School District 75;
- Developed the long-term facilities needs and articulated a Strategic Facilities Plan for Nechako Lakes School District 91;
- In 2010 developed the long-range school district facilities plan (SDFP) for Quesnel School District 28;
- In 2010 developed the long-range school district facilities plan (SDFP) for Nisga’a School District 92;
- Developed in 2011-13 three draft long-range regional Facilities Plans for Conseil Scolaire Francophone SD 93 for the Metro Vancouver, Fraser Valley, and Southeastern BC regions of this province-wide francophone school district;
- In 2011 developed the long-range School District Facilities Plan (SDFP) for Coast Mountains School District 82;
- In 2012 developed a strategic facilities plan for the City of Nelson providing guidance for future maintenance, upgrading, and replacement of city-owned buildings;
- In 2012 reviewed the building and workspace functionality of the Regional District of Peace River and preparing a long-range facility plan;
- In 2012-13 inspected all the city-owned buildings and developed a Strategic Facilities Plan for the City of Port Coquitlam;
- In 2013-14 provided planning services to Ausenco Canada supporting their project to provide a client with campus master plans, with 3 completed in 2013 and 1 completed in 2014;
- In 2014 developed the Long Range Facilities Plan for Prince George School District 57;
- In 2015, carried out a building assessment and strategic facilities plan for 12 municipal facilities in the Town of Golden, BC;
- In 2015, carried out a building assessment and creating a facilities asset management plan for Fraser Valley Regional Library;
- In 2016, developed the Long Range Facilities Plan for Sooke School District 62;
- In 2016 – 17, developed the Long Range Facilities Plan for Coast Mountain School District 82;
- In 2017, provided updated local demographic analysis based on the 2016 Canada Census to School Districts 62, 71, 75, 82, and 84.
- In 2017 – 18, developed the Long Range Facilities Plan for Comox Valley School District 71;
- In 2017, developed the Long Range Facilities Plan for Vancouver Island West School District 84;
- In 2017 – 18, developed an Asset Renewal Plan for Mount Royal University in Calgary;
- In 2017, completed the Long Range Facilities Plan for Mission School District 75;
- In 2018, developed the Facilities Master Plan for the District of Mission municipality;
- In 2018, completed the Long Range Facilities Plan for New Westminster School District 40;
- In 2018, developed the Long Range Facilities Plan for Peace River North School District 60;
- In 2019, developed the Long Range Facilities Plan for Vancouver Island North School District 85;
